    Hi,

I hope anyone can help me...
Im desperate. My Nexus 7 (2013) Wifi is unusable since the update to Android 5.0.
It keeps giving me the same error 'android.process.acore' over and over again.
The contacts app is crashing constantly. I cant even open Hangouts.

I tried sideloading the ota. I system flashed the 5.0 image. No luck at all. The error keeps on coming back.

Im at this point on returning it back to Google...

Just out of curiosity, are you trying to load the Wi-Fi only version on a Wi-Fi/LTE Nexus 7?

I was thinking the same lol. But is there a chance that the error may come back when i update my device with the 5.0 ota? Or maybe i will get the same error on 4.4.4 as well...

It might be a technical error when you flashed manually to 5.0, but did you have this error before with 4.4.4? If not then you won't have it if you flash it back

Nope. Never saw this error on 4.4.4. Is it good that i wipe the dalvik/system cache also? Or thats not neccesary?

Thanks:-) Already flashed the 4.4.4 firmware. I hope when the OTA update pops up the error wont come back. How big is that chance?

I used Wugfresh to install factory image, Nexus 7 wifi only, no problems here, did it Friday and been playing it hard with no problems.

my flash of the factory image had a similar result. when i did a factory reset, all was cleared up, and my n7 2012 is doing very well with 5.0
