I tried to install Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA, but when booting up to setup, why does TWRP stop it?

I tried to install Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA, but when booting up to setup TWRP stops it

So a while ago I tried to install the developer preview of Lollipop onto my device (Nexus 5), which involved TWRP for some reason. Anyway, it didnt work and TWRP was left on my device not doing anything. Today I received the prompt to install Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA, and after downloading, I restart my device as requested, but TWRP opens and I can't do anything. If anyone could help that would be phenomenal!

You need to have the stock recovery.

Download the factory image and extract the individual images, then reboot to bootloader. Then fastboot flash recovery YOURRECOVERYIMAGEFROMITSLOCATION.IMG.

Of course, by that point you might as well just update with the factory image.
