    Hi
I installed lollipop yesterday and this morning I saw in the battery history that a process called "removed user" was the first battery drainer.... It kept the phone awake 13 main...

I only once tried multi account, for 2mins,and removed the guest account...however that didn't prevent this drain...

Any one has had related experience ?

    What could i do?

PS I received the ota and did a hard reset straight after so I got my n5 clean since yestersay

Remember that the battery stats show historical battery usage, not current usage. So if a process was using a bunch of battery an hour ago, but is no longer using any battery, it will still show up in your battery stats as a high percentage. Over time, that percentage will drop, since the proportion of total battery it used over the life of the current charge will decrease.

My guess is that the overall process of setting up a guest account took up a significant amount of battery, and once you deleted that account, it became "Removed User" in the battery stats.

I also am having the same issue. Its really weird but after a full charge the "removed user" has taken 10% of my battery. It was only on for a mere 3 minutes. This was over 10 hours ago and after a full charge. So I think its worth looking into.

I'm having the same problem. I have a Nexus 5 that I updated to Lollipop earlier this week. I try to conserve battery so I turn off everything I could: location off, OK google off, data off, wifi off unless needed, etc.

Yesterday I noticed that "Removed user" was the first battery drainer at ~20%. I had switched to and from the guest account a few times earlier that day, so I figured it was that. Fully charged the battery last night, and this morning around 8am I noticed that "Removed user" has used 5% already (77% total battery remaining). Also at 8am I made sure that the guest account was removed. Then at 3:30pm today I noticed that "Removed user" was again the leading battery drainer at 12% (63% total battery remaining). I had not switched to the guest account at all after removing the account at 8am. So half the battery drain (14%) through the day is due to this "removed user"?

So it seems like this "removed user" process is draining the battery for some odd reason. I am also noticing that the battery is draining faster than before the update to lollipop, even though I have been using the phone as I normally do.

Also, the battery history shows that the phone has been awake the whole time since charging. I'm not sure if this is normal or not.

UPDATE: a reboot seems to have solved the problem. Should have tried that first, obviously.
