This is a tricky question, or not idk. I have pretty terrible phone service a lot and I know that doesn't help my battery life. Is there a way to disable phone signal without losing access to a WiFi connection. Any thoughts or recommendations appreciated.

Turn on Airplane mode which will disable Phone, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC. Now, turn Wi-Fi (and the others, if desired) back on; the cellular radio will remain off.
