Can I disable the password request on Nexus 5 that was just updated with Lollipop today?

After installing Lollipop today I now have to put in my password every time the phone goes to sleep. I don't want or need password. I didn't have this issue before lollipop.

Settings --> Security --> Screen lock.

Change the option to either "None" or "Swipe." You will be asked to enter the password that once, but should not be after that.

This isn't working in Android 5.0+, as any non secure option is greyed out, along with a message saying that it is "Disabled by Administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage."

Disabling administrators doesn't help.
