How come the battery graph in lollipop doesn't show u the total time that your phone has been on like on kit kat (13h 18m 37secs) like shown in the picture. I really liked how this was setup.. On my N5 running lollipop it just shows that graph with 5pm 7am and 10 pm. And I'm supposed to guess where the graph is to determine the total length of time I'm gonna get on a single charge? Or am I missing something here? this seems like a step back Wed in battery info

There are quite a few issues with the new battery menu. Apart from that, there's also the change to absolute percent battery usage, as opposed to relative. So before, it all used to total to 100%, because it represented 100% of the battery used thus far. But now, it's the actual absolute battery percentage that each app is using, which is harder to interpret, since you might see a whole lot of 1% entries.

I've also seen posts showing the Screen still only reporting 3% usage, even after 2.5 hrs of screen on time. That's either really great battery, or a messed up algorithm.

I would guess this is one of the things Google will work on for the next update (although I wonder if this is something that might be fixable with a Google Play Services update).
