Does everyone else's Lollipop do this? (5 second video)

I updated my pure Moto X to Lollipop yesterday. It's had a weird screen off effect since the update but I'm not sure if it's a Lollipop feature or bug. There are white dots all over the display when the display turns off. I have reset my phone to factory settings and skipped signing in the second time around to make sure it's the phone and not any of my data or apps. Is this normal on Lollipop?

I have not seen that effect on either the Nexus 6 (which is my daily device since 11/23) nor on my Nexus 5 on which I sideloaded Lollipop and used for around 10 days before the N6 arrived.

Interesting, I thought if it was a bug it would have corrected from clearing system cache and resetting the phone. Hopefully it's a Moto X bug that will be fixed in 5.0.1.

Doesn't happen on my Nexus 5.

I've got two devices running Lollipop - Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 (2012). I haven't seen that on either of them.
