Hi All,

I've got an unrooted Nexus 5 running Lollipop 5.0.1. I set a PIN and then I turned on Smart Lock and set it to recognize my BlueTooth headset. So I turn on my BT headset and it connects to the phone. I see it in the Smart Lock Trusted Devices list. Then I turn off my screen and turn it back on. The Enter PIN screen appears and asking for my PIN.

So it seems Smart Lock with Trusted Devices is not working for me. Did I do something wrong? I googled the problem but didn't see anything relevant. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. My BT headset was registered on this phone about 11 months ago. Also I found an app called "Smart Unlock" that seems to accomplish wifi unlock on my phone, so that seems to solve my problem without needed to root. Yay!
