When i Integrate facelock in our Android L source code.
I found facelock can't work,it's prompt "disabled by administrator".I set a pattern lock,facelock also can't work.
while the device connect network through VPN(break Great Firewall of China), the facelock can be found.
I wanna to know, is this normal ? enable facelock must connect network(i guess must connect google service)?
