Why can't I access my network settings, can anyone help?

can not access my network settings, can anyone help?

I rebooted my blue studio 5 II like I usually do every few days. When phone restarted, I had no service and could not access my network settings.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried removing the SIM card, then reinserting it? If nothing happens, then you may have to contact your carrier for a replacement SIM.
