Why won't my sch-i545 boot?

sch-i545 will not boot

I rooted my NK1 i545 and an update was found so stupid me updated it. It upgraded to 5.0 Lollipoop and it un-rooted my phone.
I went through the steps to Root it and now I get the "connect to verizon software to fix it". OK so thankfully I have another i545, got the software, installed it, and guess what? It doesn't see my phone.
I cannot flash anything now it says "Nand write failed".
I cannot find a 5.0 tar flash to see if that will work either.

Can someone please tell me how to get this back to a working phone?

"Nand write failed" is normally a hardware failure.

BTW, upgrading doesn't "unroot" the phone. It's the ROM that's rooted, and when you install a newer ROM, unless it comes rooted, you're installing an unrooted ROM.
