Contact announced when someone is calling... help?!?!

I cannot find the setting to turn it off but every time someone calls me from my favorites or recently contacted list my phone announces who is calling and then play the ringtone and goes back and forth. It is really annoying and I can't seem to find the option. Do you guys know where it would be?

Check under accessibility withing your phone settings. Usually something in there causes this.

On my Note 3 it was Hands Free mode that announced callers and the sender of SMS messages. I actually miss it and would like to find a way to get that with my Nexus 6.
