I recently updated my Galaxy A3 (dual sim) to Lollipop 5.0.2 and since then my mobile data is not working. For the record, i have my mobile data services on and the data supplier confirmed that my services were on too and they could not solve my problem. The mobile data option is turned on too, but still i do not receive/send any mobile data.
I was reading similar issue here on the forum,and it said to change the authentication type from (PAP) to None. How do i do that?
Can anyone please help me with this issue?
