Android keeps changing my lock screen code
I own a LG G2 mini which recently upgraded to Android 5. I use a simple pin code to lock the screen, but ever since this upgrade everytime I turn my phone off it prompts me for a password instead. Inputting the pin numbers in the password field does not work and I'm forced to fail all attempts until the 'Forgot password?' button comes up, from which I can reset it by entering my google acccount details. This is highly annoying and I have no idea why it's happening everytime I turn off my phone. Is it a known bug? I have searched about this for a while with no results.
This phone is not rooted btw.
