What happen to my apps?

After phone optimized my apps on my sd appered to be not completly there. They show up on apps system menu but in a icon that says app sd card.

Did you remove your SD Card at any point? Is your SD Card properly mounted? Or your card has been corrupted and now the app files are not there anymore...

That's why I don't recommend moving apps to SD, they're just not reliable. Also, if for any reason you unmount the SD card, that can throw the system off and make it not find your apps.

no I just restarted it and then it optimized, I took the sd card out twice and in the app menu they show but now in the start menu its a droid icon.

What do you mean by 'app menu' and 'start menu'? Are you using a specific launcher?

If they appear in your App Drawer, then that means the app is installed. But if you're seeing the SD Card Droid icon, probably the shortcut (I'm guessing in a homescreen) just needs to be re-created. Again, one of the many caveats of using apps from SD Cards.
