Security setting problem on 5.1.1 Lollipop
I am having a problem configuring the security on my portable hotspot. Ever since I got the phone (Nexus 5) I have used the hotspot, but password protected using the WPA or WPA2 options. Suddenly however this has disappeared. My hotspot is not password protected and when I got to the Set Up Wi-Fi hotspot screen, and select WPA2 PSK from the pull-down menu (this is the only option other then 'none') , there is no option to create a password and in fact the 'save' option is greyed out. Only 'cancel' is available. Effectively this means that if I want to create a hotspot, it has no protection. Obviously this is a non-option.
Has anyone had a similar problem or have any idea what is going on? thanks, Terry
