Last spring I moved to a different office, from one with a marginal Verizon signal to one in the middle of the building with generally no signal. I have an S6 running Lollipop (5.1.1 but had the issue on earlier release). When I have no signal, if I enter a new appointment in Google Calendar or through Business Calendar, if it can't sync, the appointment is lost after a few minutes. If I run down to the front entrance and enter it where there is a signal and give it time to sync (or force it), then no problem. I would have expected that if there is no signal and can't sync, the appointment should be kept on the phone and synced the next time there is a signal. It shouldn't just unceremoniously dump it on the floor. Is this the way it is supposed to work?
