got error when i update software update then i reset the tab and i got stuck on acer logo screen I try factory reset and then same happen again.. please help
I'm not familiar with that model of device, my guess is that you'll need to try to flash the OEM software, and this might have to be done through the store where you purchased it. Or, you could send it off to Acer for what's obviously, a warranty item repair.
If you did a factory reset, then there's not much we can offer, other than you figuring out where to get the files to reflash the OEM software, and that can be possibly attained through ACER support.
