Data Roaming Check On

I am using Lenovo A 6000 Plus cell phone.
And I always Need to Check-in Data Roaming Option for using Internet. Even I'm at my Home Even So i Must Check in Data Roaming Option. For this reason i can't backup my Whatsapp Backup to Google Drive.
Please make it a solution.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that if you don't have Data Roaming on, you can't connect to your carrier's mobile data? Which carrier do you have? Are you sure your APN settings are correct? These are the settings the phone needs to connect correctly to your carrier's mobile data signal.
