when i connect my phone to my wifi, it frequently drops the wifi network. Can anyone help?

Normally i don't face this problem connecting to other wifi's or even in my home my dad's mobile doesn't drop the network. But when i connect my mobile to the wifi it frequently drops the network.. It's not like the network doesn't comeback but when it drops and if i am playing a game or something it reloads the network so i have to reload it and it hampers every single time. Is the problem in my phone? cause it doesnt happen when i conncet it with other WIfi's. For this reason I'm suffering a lot. Can anyone help!?
