Battery jumps from 35% to 0%.

[Android Central Question]

Recently my phone dies and charges to fast. I notice that it doesn't charge properly.

The battery percentage just skip the 71%-99% when I charge. And if I use it, starting from 100%, it'll kinda fast drop in a few mins, and as soon as I reach 35%, it suddenly drops to 0%. I plan to remove my battery but i can't cause it's unremovable. I also tried Battery Calibration but ends up in failure. I check some apps (Battery Calibration and Geekbench) and it says my battery's health is good. So why is this happening? Can I fix it? Using lollipop 5.1. Want to send pics of battery consumption but I don't know how to post.

My phone's battery percentage glitches out. It says 0% and when I restart it, it goes back to 50 or 60%. As long as I don't use my phone, it won't glitch out. But if I did, As soon as I open a app while my battery is in around 50%, it'll drop down to 0% then suddenly dies.

Welcome to Android Central! I merged your threads together. Which phone do you have? As @belodion mentioned, it does sound like the battery is failing. Since you mention that the battery is not removable, you can either learn how to replace it yourself (search YouTube for do-it-yourself videos), or bring it to a repair shop.

There's usually some way to open up a phone and replace a non-user-removable battery (and you can typically find a replacement battery on eBay or similar sites). Some phones are much more difficult than others, though. It's usually a safer bet to have an expert do it.

Now that I am able to create a account. This is what it looks like.

Bought this phone just a year ago. Not expecting this Battery problems to come out early. Battery doesn't look like it's expanding.

A battery doesn't have to swell up to fail. The sudden dropoff in the battery graph suggests a short circuit caused by a battery dendrite, which is unfortunately irreversible.
