Car tablet slower by the day?!

Hi,

Anyone on here that uses a android tablet in their car?

I've got a unknown tablet with Android Lollipop on it, now my question is kinda unclear.
But what I want to achieve is a faster tablet, it starts up real slow.

I've already tried installing CCleaner and disabled a few apps but it doenst seem to improve the ram usage or such.

Now my question is, is there some kind of app or so that disables everything thats unneeded? but it has to keep working my spotify and youtube.

And/or does adding a SD card in my slot improve this?
