Typically they start at 1% of devices for around 24 - 48 hours; we watch the return rates and resulting device checkins and error reports (if any), and make sure nothing looks wrong before sending it to more. Then typically it goes to 25%, 50%, 100% over the course of a week or two.

Installed on Nexus 7 2013/WiFi. TWRP working, after flashing, consistent bootloop.

Looking back, a few times it took 9 days for me to receive an update. I wish for just once I was a Day 1er for a major update.

Nexus 5. (And I have a 6P on the way to)

Me too. Mine is Nexus 5 too. I haven't received OTA either.
And still not sure if 5X or 6P. My thumbs struggle a bit to reach the triangle and the square. I want the 6P spec though.
Why you choose 6P?

Because imo the 5X was a letdown. I was on 5X ship since day 1 of the rumormill, but it's so gimped that I can't justify purchasing it when the 6P is only $70 more than the 32 GB 5X.

I flashed the factory image last night and it's been working great so far. It even has wifi calling (T-mobile) but I don't think VOLTE is there.

I flashed my N5 also:

Got mine this morning (uk). Somewhere about 5.15 whilst out with the dogs, didn't need to check.

With Telus. Received an OTA Update notification a few minutes ago. Just a security and stability update. Disappointed.

I have a rooted Nexus 5 which is still on Lollipop 5.0 because it failed to update both times when I tried to upgrade to 5.1. Is it possible to upgrade directly from 5.0 to 6.0? Or must I first upgrade to 5.1?
