I flashed my nexus 6 to Marshmallow and when i boot my phone i get the message Your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and may not work properly, anyone know how to fix this?

You have two options:

1) Ignore it. It's harmless. Basically the boot cycle is detecting that you modified the thing. Guessing you loaded a custom recovery, rooted the thing, etc.

2) go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/wip-android-6-0-marshmellow-t3219344 and grab shamu-mra58k-boot.zip . It isn't a flashable zip, so extract it and flash the boot.img at the bootloader with fastboot. If you have root, I'd flash root in recovery again.
