I own an Android One phone, 2.23 GB internal memory. After the marshmallow update,i decided to format the SD card as internal. It was going well when halfway some java error popped up. After that my SD card wont be detected. I am pretty sure its not the hardware. The card is as good as new,the slot is also perfectly fine.
    Please i need help. Thanks.

Unfortunately, your card may be permanently corrupted. From your description, it sounds like the error you encountered occurred while the card was being encrypted (if your phone is encrypted). Do you have another device, like a computer, where you can take a look at the card?
