Apple brought a range of new emojis with iOS 9.1, Google is bringing them to stock Android with Marshmallow (6.0.1). But Samsung use there own verision. Does anyone know? Or has anyone using the Marshmallow beta program experienced them?

This is obviously the most pressing matter about the update...

Yes, they are part of Android 6.0.1 and therefore they're available to the newest Marshmallow release for the Galaxy S6.
But the Emojis are in Samsung style instead of Google style.
In Whatsapp you have to change to the Emoji Keyboard of your own Keyboard (not the one from WA itself) to write the new emojis, as there's no official support for the new Emojis in the Android Whatsapp App.

New Emojis sent from an iPhone will look "samsungy".

I hope WhatsApp is updating soon that we get the Apple-Style Emojis. (I also hope they release it in a better resolution...)

    Cheers!
