WiFi Timing Out Constantly After The Update

I do not have a data connection because I am on pay-as-you-go through Telus, this was a Verizon LG G4, and it'll be on there again when I am back in the US for work.

But now that I have updated to MM using the Windows app and doing a factory reset, Wifi just keeps timing out going to websites and I cannot even load Play as it times out as well. The only thing seeming to get through is email.

So, what can the problem be? I am currently not impressed!
