LG G3 with Android M update

My G3 recently updated to the Android M marshmallow update, and now my address book will not sync with my car bluetooth phone system. It was working fine with last version. I have tried re-pairing the phone to the car several times and the address book will not populate. Any ideas on what I can try next?

If you don't get it working, backing up (LG backup & restore), factory reset and then backup and LG restore will likely do the trick. I've heard removing your primary Gmail account then re-adding will also work. I never needed to do that.
