I just updated to 6.0 on my Galaxy s5 and when it finished and turned back on, it had put a pattern password on my phone? I know with 100% surety that I did NOT have one on when i updated it. I had had one in the past, and I tried it, but it won't work. I also tried the back-up digit password and alas nothing. I'M PANICKING. I've reset it, pulled the battery out, everything. To add, I also have no access into my phone.

Unfortunately there's not much you can do to access a locked device unless you have the proper credentials either for the lockscreen or for the active Google account (or Samsung, in this case should work to from FindMyMobile.samsung.com if you didn't de-activate Remote Controls).
