Is there anyway to have my screensaver turn while not charging?

Yeah, okay I just got the 2015 galaxy j7, (would recommend great phone but no light up keys) but I cant seem to find how to have my screensaver turn on when my phone times out. The only screen I can see when im on the screensavers page are the widgets and a preview button on the top right, Im just trying to have my screensaver turn on when my phone turns off similar to my moms s7 edge. That is all..*insert wipe sweat*
