Force Google Weather app to always be in notification tray?

You know how sometimes you have the cloud icon in your notification tray, and it's Google's (Now?) Weather App that shows you the city you're in and what the temp and conditions are? And if you click on it it pulls up Google's Weather Now cards? The problem is this Google Weather app isn't always there. I want it to be there 24/7/365. Right now I'm using the Accuweather app to accomplish similar results, but ideally I'd rather turn that off and just let the native Google app do it. Anyway to be able to rely on this app in the way that I want? Thanks!

If I understand correctly. you want to view the Google Weather app let's
say Above or under the AoD=AlwaysOnDisplay notification app isn't it..
I'd say that Android-OS will come up with this update soon. stayTuned!
