Hi all, I have a Samsung Galaxy j5 running Android 6.0.1 which I have recently updated to. After the update had finished everything seemed to be working fine, but the Google play store was repeatedly closing on me. After I'd had enough of that I backed up my contacts ect and then Factory reset my device.. Now when I go to sign into my Google account to regain all my stuff, documents apps ect, it says "There was a problem communicating with Google servers try again later."
How can I log into my account please? Many thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
