I have an S5 with Lollipop and Chrome is my browser. This morning I opened up Chrome, clicked on "bookmarks" and instead of the lists of my dozens of bookmarks showing, I was redirected to an AOL homescreen with news, sports, etc. and my bookmarks are nowhere to be found. I have searched everywhere and found nothing about this. I have not installed any new apps in weeks. I can't figure out how to delete it. I ran a Malwarebytes scan, and AVG antivirus scan, and downloaded a Samsung update after this happened. Any ideas how, or what to do now?
Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, select Chrome, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Open it again, and see if the problem persists.

Thanks so much for the suggestion. Unfortunately it did not work. As I click on "mobile bookmarks" the url flashes "smart.vzw.com" and then changes to "aol.com".

Any other ideas?
Thank you.
