Blu vivo 5r can't use Samsung micro SD 64gb as internal storage??

So I bought a Samsung evo micro SD card 64gb on Amazon and I put it in my Blu vivo 5r and all I get is to use it as portable storage. I don't get a option to use it as internal storage. I ask Blu and they said it supports up to 64gb. It is on Android marshmallow 6.0

Welcome to Android Central! Did you ask Blu if all of their phones support Adoptable Storage? Not all phone manufacturers support it (like Samsung and LG).

Thanks for Helping. Yeah the phone has adoptable storage I had a 8gb micro SD and it had the internal storage option but when I put the 64gb micro SD card in it just had portable storage option no internal storage option. I ask Blu and they told me the micro SD card slot supports up to 64gb. Again thanks for helping.
