Turned off permissions of Google App, Android won't load

Hello there,
I hope someone can help me on this. I'm running 6.0 on a Motorola G3. I turned off all permissions for Google App (I know, it's nonsense) and now Android doesn't start at all. I have no clue how this could be fixed. Does someone have a good piece of advice?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that Android doesn't start at all? Is it stuck on the bootscreen? Does it get to the homescreen, but you're stuck with error messages?
