Microsd problem

Hi,
I was wondering what to do about my microsd only formatting as external on my phone not internal/adaptable?? Thanks

Which phone?
Which version of android?
Which carrier?

Not all versions of android support adaptable storage.
Not all phones support adaptable storage.

Given the problems that can occur, my recommendation is to leave the card formatted as external storage, put your media files on it, and leave the apps on the internal storage.

Check the settings of your apps that use lots of storage space. Some of them will let you put their data on the SD card.
(Camera, GPS, maps, etc.)
