I have a rooted phone and small Tablet with Jellybean OS, using UDM. Now I have another Tablet on Marshmallow (impossible to root), and thanks to Google idiocy UDM - with my 800 entries - no longer works.

All the words are in a .txt file so they're easily accessible. Is there an alternative to UDM that works on this useless Marshmallow OS?

Cannot root because it's not possible to unlock bootloader:

Anyway, I've discovered that the Thumb keyboard I've been using for years has all those entries, so I've restored Thumb backup on the new Tablet. Panic over. Still loathe to use anything over 4.3, though. Crass, nonsensical policies concerning external storage, word-wrap, personal dictionaries, removing 'clear all' in recent apps... simply reinforces my belief that Google's tech dolts have got it in for me.

    Hi Lord,

There is a new version of UDM 6 which now works with Marshmallow and newest Android versions.
