My android phone is not detected on pc, but charging

My Android ver. Is 6.0
I have USB-C port
my pc is win. 10

(sorry for bad english)

The first time I bought my phone, when I plugged in to my PC, it really detects my phone, but several months later when I accidentally dropped my phone, the usb didn't work properly but it's charging, but when I tried plugging it many times, it really detects on the computer.

But I still don't know how I did it to work.

I tried to bought a new usb cord, when the first time i used the new usb cord, it detects on my pc, but the next use of the usb cord. it stucked again to not detected but charging only problem

How can I determine the cause of this problem?

From what you have described, it does sound like an issue with the USB port. Perhaps you have cell phone repair shops in your Country?
