When I go to "Settings - About Device - Device Name" the Device Name is "Jack T"

However when I check wireless networks with my laptop "Jack T" does not show up.

When I go to "Settings - Connections - Tethering and Mobile hotspot" there I can not configure Device Name and Password for Mobile Hotspot because there is no such a thing to do that.

So how to do that?

Device : Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Android Version : Android 6.0.1 Marshmellow

In those settings, tap 'Mobile Hotspot' (not the toggle, just the text) and you should be taken to a page with the network name, password, and WiFi sharing (if supported) toggle. If you want to further customize your hotspot, you can tap the menu button there.

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing? I unfortunately don't have a Note 4 handy to test in, so I can only go by what I see on mine, which shouldn't be that different.

Ok, now I could do it.

The settings is not at; Settings - Connections - Tethering and Mobile hotspot - Menu

Rather than it is at; Settings - Connections - Tethering and Mobile hotspot - Mobile Hotspot - Menu

Thank you very much SpookDroid.
