I'm all for Napoleon now that I know that a Napoleon pastry is called a Napoleon Slice in some parts of Canada.

Tell me Napoleon Slice isn't a killer name for an android!?!

Incidentally, Napoleon never crossed my mind until I noticed that it was the first option listed on that Google Opinion Rewards survey about naming Android N.

Oddly enough, the N has always reminded me of Napoleon's imperial N. All these years later, he must be rather pleased.

All the Android names refer to something sweet. Cupcake, donut, eclair, froyo, gingerbread, honeycomb, ice cream sandwich, jellybean, kitkat, lollipop, marshmallow, . . .

Neapolitan could work. Nougat, Nutella, nutmeg are all things you put into a pastry or sweet treat but don't stand alone (for most people).

What happens when we get to Android Z and that's seen out its life, what comes after that?

Since that'll be around 2028 or 2030 with yearly letters, my guess would be start over with A but I'd rather see new letter updates be far more spread out than yearly by then.
