    You can sometimes do it app by app, but there is no global vibrate/no vibrate setting for the N6 that I know of. For Gmail, for instance, you can de-select Vibrate in your Gmail account settings.

    I just received another and noted it was a Chrome/Facebook notification. PS, I don't have fb installed on my Nexus 6. Is there a place to adjust how Chrome does a notification so the vibration can be shut off? I already looked in Chrome's settings and didn't see anything.

    How about Chrome > Settings > Site Settings > Notifications > toggle on "Ask before allowing sites to send notifications"? [If that isn't already on by default.]
