option to force external applications, it is disabled

On my phone, the Huawei mediapad t3 8 lite, setting options, telephoning information when I click on the complication number to switch to developer options, I have the developer options enabled, and there is the option to force external applications, it is disabled, I can not turn it on. What do I have to do to enable these features because I wanted to transfer apps and games to an SD memory card, please help

You use Settings/Application manager for that, but most apps (a game is just an app) these days have that option turned off, because they won't run from the SD card. That's set - in the app - by the developer, so you can't turn it off.
