camera comes on when pushing power button.

I have an Alcatel Kora phone. The camera comes on when waking the phone up. The phone will vibrate or make the booting sound then it comes on instead of my front desk.
This happens two or three times a day. My wife has the same problem with her Kora.
The volume button is the only customizing to change behavior of the camera,Zoom etc.
The power button is just that. Phone on or off. Any idea?

When you wake the phone, or when you double-tap the power button?

The latter is a setting that has been available in Android for some time now. The exact location within settings varies.

No just one tap. But I discovered that the hard cover I bought with the phone was the problem.
It was hard to get the power button to activate. So I cut off a small slit in the cover so I can feel the power button. I have not had the problem recurring since. Just bad design with the hard cover.
