Can't download apps in google play

Hello, I've recently been using my BLU Vivo xl 2 and I updated it to 7.0 nougat. Since the update, I've tried downloading apps but its stuck at "downloading". I did factory data reset but nothing is downloading. Since my phone is not as common as Samsung or LG, I couldn't find a solution.

The one thing that's worked for me when that happened was to close Google Play Store, go to Settings > Applications, locate both Google Play Store and Download Manager, and empty cache & clear storage for both of them, then restart Google Play Store.

You might also want to check how updates are supposed to be downloaded in the Play Store: for some reason, setting download to authorize use of cellular data doesn't "hold", and has to be reset very often...
