My keyboard keeps overlapping all input boxes on all apps.

All of my input boxes for entering texts and numbers from all apps and games have been overlapped by my keyboard. I don't know how to fix it and when I try to look it up online, it happens to developers making their apps. The thing is this happens to all apps in my phone.

This might be caused by an app a long time ago I used to install that manipulates the navigation bar on the bottom so it would stay hidden unless I pull it up. I've since uninstalled that app, but my navigation bar still stays hidden and still has to be pulled up, which means the app has made a permanent choice to my phone. From here, I want to do something about the changes that the app did but I simply don't know how to.

I have a Blackberry BBC100-1. I'm using stock Blackberry Launcher and stock Blackberry Keyboard.

Try going to Settings>Apps​, tap Menu, then Reset All App Preferences.

The common solution for Instagram was to force the bottom button bar to be always visible using the toggle switch on the left of the bar.
See if that helps with the other apps you are having problems with.
