Yesterday i did a factory reset on my phone and after that i cant install apps due to insufficient space but i have more space now after the reset then before.
My system is android 8.0.1 phone is a Vernee V" pro, no troubles before the factory reset.
If you don't have space to install apps to you just don't have the space. There's no magic trick to getting an app to install if there isn't enough room.
How much space do you have free? Did/do you have a MicroSD card that was previously formatted as internal storage (not recommended, by the way) that is not now?
I missed some info, after factory reset i havent installed anything and have more than enough space to install in. 8,75GB used of 64GB and on SDcard 623kb used of 32GB the sd card is formatted as "external" storage.

Where did you get this phone? If you got it from a place like Wish or Joom, there's a high chance the reported specs are a total lie.
