When viewing a web page in Chrome, selecting Save to Home Screen first displays a dialogue box allowing you to rename the page. Next, clicking okay displays a message"Saving (page name) to home screen," Despite the message, nothing actually happens. The selected page is not saved to any of the home screen, despite the available of free space on all of them. Before the Oreo update, when my Pixel C was running Android Nougat, this operation worked properly. Is Google aware of this problem and do they plan to fix it?
