Default notification sound

After the system update to Android 8.0, the notification sound setting for my apps has been set to default notification sound. I tried to reset the notification sound of each app to its previous ringtone sound but it keeps setting to the system default setting. Now all the apps have the same notification sound & can't differentiate which notification app is that. How can I reset my different app notification sound to its previous ringtone sound before the update?

Since it's after an update I'd look into wiping the system cache.

As I said. Wipe the system cache on your phone. It won't take more than 1min. The exact way to get to the menu is different for every manufacturer though. Never had a Nokia Android phone.

The only difference is you select wipe cache then reboot. Do not reset.

Hi again. I tried though & what appeared on the screen was an android icon with the words "No command" instead of the android recovery as shown on the video screen. Is something wrong with my phone?

Well no. At least that shows up when I do it on a Samsung, then I just wait a few seconds and the menu shows up.
