Oreo OS - Notifications for Text messages with no phone number but unique email

I receive text messages of help desk calls when I am on call to my personal phone. There is no phone number listed, just a sequential number in that area. But, I have found an email that is unique which I created a contact around.

Is it possible to create a unique notification sound based on an email address?

It's not even possible to have a unique notification sound based on a phone number without a 3rd party app (let's hope Google "fixes" that "improvement").

But a notification based on email address? I've never seen any app that can do that - you - or someone else - would have to write that. (Maybe contact the developers at smspopup@everythingandroid.net and see if they could add email addresses.)

If the email address is in the notification text, it can filter on it.
