Are you doing a survey?I'd like to know how you feel about using these software.
I have a friend who travels to Asia frequently for work, and she uses Line, since that's what her contacts in Asia use.I think Line continues to be really popular in Asia. Last year, when I visited Shanghai and Hangzhou, my family went to a Line store that had a funny little mini theme park. https://www.behance.net/gallery/85175565/LINE-FRIENDS-x-inkids-Theme-Park-in-Hangzhou-China
I've used WhatsApp before, it was a pretty solid messaging app, feature rich, the last time I used it. I've never used Line, though!
I use WhatsApp every now and then. I like the encryption and the ability to send larger pictures/videos than allowed by SMS/MMS.

Ok coolYes, i am a developer of dating software and i want to know some information about other apps
ok,thanks. So where do you usually meet more strangers and friends?FB or INS?
Ok cool
I hope you do , this a great community! Thanks But I still have a lot to learn and I hope I can find more inspiration here.
Most of my friends/family messaging is usually done via SMS/MMS when not phone calls.
Most of my stranger/acquaintance communication is by Twitter or Instagram.
WhatsApp became popular around the world because long after US carriers stopped charging outrageous fees for each text message, that was still the case nearly everywhere else. WhatsApp allowed people to "text" over a data connection, basically for free.
Likewise, I started using WhatsApp with my family eight years ago because my new job came with an office in the center of the building where I had zero cell signal and texting was impossible. But I did have free Wi-Fi and, at the time WhatsApp was about the only app that could take advantage of that too allow me to communicate with my wife and son from my office.
ok thanks~ I'll pay more attention to Twitter and instagram.
Keep in mind that dating apps and social media apps are two different things.
